City Lifeline has a 24/7 customer technical support team with a one-hour maximum response time. The team acts as Intelligent Hands, Eyes and Ears for customers to quickly localise faults and help delivery of service.

The team is:

  • qualified – City Lifeline trains where needed
  • competent – only the best are employed
  • enthusiastic – wanting to do well is essential

Support for colocation customers

If you experience a technical problem with your equipment in the data centre, immediate competent, qualified support is there immediately for you – any time of day or night.

Support can range from a simple server reboot to complete rack build-ups. More complex support can be provided by special arrangement.
