How it works

Our services include everything from complete management of your IT estate, proactive monitoring or simply a reactive hardware and software ‘break fix’ support service. We can deliver these services on-site, via our specialist field engineering team or remotely if you prefer, where possible. Alternatively, you can choose to have our staff on-site if appropriate, either part time or permanent - working with and complementing your own IT specialists.

We use best practice methodologies and industry-leading tools, supported by direct manufacturer support agreements. And all backed up with clear and accountable SLAs which include our commitment to availability, response and resolution times - carried out within operating hours that fit with your business requirements of course.
