Shareholders
The company is privately owned by a number of individuals, some of whom were amongst the original founders and funders. All of the Directors are personal shareholders in the company.
Strong finances
The company has a strong balance sheet, low levels of debt, strong cashflow and no Venture Capital.
The Directors can make decisions in the long-term interests of the company and its customers. If necessary, the owners will forgo short-term profits for the long-term benefit of the business and its customers.
Directors
The Directors work in the business, are accessible and know the customers personally. If you have something to discuss, you can discuss it directly with the people who make the decisions about it.
Your interests are the same as the company’s interests, and the Directors and shareholders will do what is best for you because that is what is best for the company.
Only a genuinely independent colocation data centre is able to operate in this way.
