Colocation and Collocation in the London Data Centre
What is a Colocation Data Centre?
A colocation - or collocation - data centre is an independently owned and run facility where multiple data or telecommunications carriers locate their connections next to one another and to their customers, enabling customers in the building to interconnect to them with a minimum amount of cost and complexity.
City Lifeline is an excellent example of a carrier neutral, central London data centre. We are located at the centre of the world’s internet backbone and we offer the highest levels of reliability and resilience, coupled with deep industry knowledge and proven experience
