Pure IP - Developing the perfect colocation solution

Pure IP is a leading VoIP telecommunications business that operates in the UK, New Zealand, Australia and the USA, and has experienced strong year-on-year growth since being established in 2004. Its voice and data operations are located in London, New York, Sydney and Auckland – providing 24/7 service and support to customers in 17 countries.

Pure IP’s solutions are relied upon by a wide spectrum of organisations, from financial services to law firms and from gaming operations to contact centres. It is also one of the first IP Telephony Service Providers to qualify with Microsoft to provide certified Microsoft Lync SIP Trunks to new and existing customers.

Paul Enright, Pure IP’s Operations Director, explains, “Our customers are provided with web-based reporting tools via secure log-ins to access call detail records and to run queries and receive reports regarding their call data. The solution unifies all communications including voice, video, data and other capabilities. It delivers a very powerful solution and one we are extremely proud to be able to supply.”

Since its establishment, the business has experience strong year-on-year growth, giving the opportunity to increase their services, retain a growing customer base, revenues and profits. In response to ongoing business growth, Pure IP made the decision in 2004 to look for a colocation Data Centre provider.

Pure IP chose Redcentric as their partner, due to our excellent interconnections. Although initially not exactly sure what it wanted from a colocation perspective, the relationship has grown over time – with Redcentric developing the systems and services that now suit Pure IP’s operations perfectly.

We have been in the Redcentric London data centre since 2004. We have a great working relationship with Tech Ops, who are always very helpful. Redcentric has great carrier connections and has invested a lot of money into the facility – that investment is very apparent. We are absolutely happy there.
