Our services can meet the needs for any organisation in any business employing 10  or more staff wishing to provide against loss of their own facilities.  Our facilities are particularly well suited to - and situated for - the City banking and financial sector. 

Service Infrastructure
Our City Recovery Centre can accommodate 100 dealing positions and 250 personnel over five floors with all the network and office infrastructure one would expect to find in a high-quality office facility.  The Centre also houses a fully equipped computer suite.  Take the Site Tour for a closer look. 

Method
We recognise that each client will have a different requirement , highlighting the need for personalised rather than packaged solutions;  personalising at both the resource and budget level gives the client a proper degree of control and allows a more productive relationship to evolve.

We appreciate the need to deploy many different skill sets when a client invokes our services; these can embrace any or all of the following:
Networks (both LANS and WANS), mainframe and mid-range computer operation, computer systems and application software, PC technology, dealing desk infrastructure and operation, office equipment services and crisis management. We expect to demonstrate expertise in all areas.

In terms of integrity in the 'City' context, where proper concern exists regarding multiple invocations, we apply industry standards for physical separation between clients and provide at least one secondary backup site.
